Cosmo: Although, the origin of the Cosmo is still debatable, it is claimed to have been given birth in Provincetown, MA in the 1970’s. The show catapulted the pretty and pink drink served in a martini glass onto the map! The first glass is swirled with a wash of absinthe for its strong flavor and scent. The second glass is used to combine the remaining ingredients, which are stirred with ice, then strained into the first glass. Don’t be fooled by the look of this drink. It is a potent concoction in a tiny presentation!
